Simple return of goods

No more worrying that the product won't fit. No more worrying about having to go to the post office, fill out a submission slip, and pay ridiculous money for postage. We'll arrange return postage at our expense.

• You must purchase the add-on with the goods you ordered (it cannot be purchased later)
• The add-on is non-transferable, so you can only use it on the order it was purchased for

In case the product doesn't fit, you don't like it, or it's too small/large and you have purchased this service together with the ordered goods, write us an email to info@donlemme.cz. We'll send you a nine-digit code, which you report to any branch of the Post Office. They'll take the package from you and return it to us within a few days.
